Timolol Maleate OCUPER 5mg/mL (0.5% w/v) Ophthalmic Solution 5mL

FORMULATION Each mL contains: Timolol Maleate, USP 6.8 mg (equivalent to Timolol base 5 mg)

INDICATIONS OCUPER Ophthalmic Solution is a beta-adrenoreceptor blocking agent used topically in the reduction of elevated intra-ocular pressure in various conditions including the following: patients with ocular hypertension; patients with chronic open-angle glaucoma including aphakic patients; some patients with secondary glaucoma.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: The usual starting dose is one drop of 0.25% Timolol maleate in the affected eye twice a day. If, the, clinical response is not adequate, the dosage may be changed to one drop of 0.5% solution in the affected eye twice a day, or as prescribed by the physician.
