ASFLEM Lagundi 300mg Tablet is used for relieving cough symptoms and respiratory discomfort associated with common colds or allergies. It acts as an expectorant to loosen mucus and reduce airway inflammation, particularly effective in managing productive coughs. This formulation provides enhanced herbal support for upper respiratory tract conditions in pediatric and adult populations.

ASFLEM Lagundi 300mg Tablet contains: Lagundi (Vitex negundo) leaf extract 600mg.

Side Effects

ASFLEM Lagundi 600mg Tablet common side effects include: mild gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, or rare allergic reactions such as skin rashes. Discontinue use if persistent dizziness, difficulty breathing, or severe abdominal pain occurs.

Directions and Dosage

• Adults & Adolescents (12+ years): 1 tablet twice daily. Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours.
• Kids 7–12 years: ½ tablet twice daily. Do not exceed 1 tablet in 24 hours.

Not recommended for children under 7 years. Maximum treatment duration: 7 days unless otherwise advised.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to Lagundi (Vitex negundo) or any component of the formulation. Avoid use in patients with severe hepatic impairment or biliary obstruction.

• Monitor for hypersensitivity reactions during initial use.
