FORMULATION: Each 3 mL ampoule contains Thiamine (as hydrochloride)

(Vit.B1). .100 mg Pyridoxine (as hydrochloride) (Vit.B6). .100 mg Cyanocobalamin (Vit.B12) .1 mg With preservative: Benzyl Alcohol. .0.06 mL

INDICATIONS: For the treatment of the diseases manifesting vitamin B deficiency such as neuritis; alcohol, toxic, and post infectious polyneuritis; diabetic polyneuropathy; neuralgia; sciatica; central spastic conditions; myasthenia; paresthesia; athero-sclerosis; Wernicke’s encephalopathy; vegetative neurosis; dermatitis; neurodermatitis; psoriasis; lupus erythematodes; furunculosis; stomatitis; cheilitis; glositis; colitis; hepatitis; chronic alcohol abuse; asthenia; anemia; intoxications.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Initial dose 1 to 2 ampoules daily within 5 to 10 days.

Consequently 2 to 3 ampoules weekly for severe cases or as directed by the physician.

WARNING: This product contains Sodium Metabisulphite which may cause allergic type reactions including anaphylactic symptoms and life-threatening or less reverse asthmatic episodes in certain susceptible persons.
