FORMULATION: Each tablet contains: Ursodeoxycholic Acid BP 300 mg
INDICATIONS: Indicated for the treatment of patients with primary biliary cirrhosis.
WARNINGS: Patients with variceal bleeding, hepatic encephalopathy, ascites or in need of an urgent liver transplant, should receive appropriate specific treatment.
DOSAGE AND MODE/ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Ursodeoxycholic Acid tablets are for oral administration. To be taken with a drink of water. Primary Biliary Cirrhosis Adults and Elderly: 10-15mg ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) per kg per day in two to four divided doses.
