Tobramycin TOBRAZIN Eye Drops 3mg/mL (0.3% w/v) Opthalmic Solution 5mL

FORMULATION: Tobramycin Sulfate to Tobramycin Benzalkonium Chloride 0.3%

INDICATIONS: Indicated in the treatment of external infections of the eye and its adnexa caused by susceptible bacteria.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION/CONTRAINDICATION/PRECAUTION AND WARNING/ADVERSE REACTION: Refer to package insert.

DIRECTION FOR USE: Tum the Pilfer proof cap, anti clockwise to break the seal.

Remove cap, dispense the drop with gentle pressure.

Replace the cap after every use.
