Tobramycin Dexamethasone COMBIDAR 3mg/1mg (0.3%/0.1% w/v) per mL 5mL

FORMULATION/COMPOSITION: Each mL contains: Tobramycin Sulfate, USP Eq. to Tobramycin. 0.3% w/v Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate, USP Eq. to Dexamethasone. 0.1% w/v Benzalkonium Chloride Solution, BP 0.02% v/v qs (As Preservative) Water for Injection, BP.

DOSAGE AND MODE/ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Instill one drop into the conjunctival sac(s) every 4 to 6 hours. During the initial 24 to 48 hours, dosage may be increased to one drop every 2 hours. Frequency should be decreased gradually as warranted by improvement in clinical signs, but care should be taken not to discontinue therapy prematurely.
