Sevelamer Carbonate ( Perfosen ) is indicated for the control of serum phosphorus in patient with chronic kidney disease (CKD) on dialysis. It is also indicated for the control of hyperphosphatemia in adult patients receiving hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis.
