INDICATION: For the treatment of the following moderate to severe infections caused by Piperacillin resistant Piperacillin/Tazobactam-susceptible and B-lactamase producing strains of susceptible micro organism.
CONTRAINDICATION: Patients with a history of allergic reactions to any of the penicillin’s, cephalosporins, or B-lactamase Inhibitors, or to any component of the product.
