Phytomenadione PHYTOCARE 10mg Ampoules Vitamin 10’s

FORMULATION: Each mL contains: Phytomenadione, USP 10 mg

INDICATIONS: Phytomenadione or Vitamin K1 is used in the treatment of hypoprothrombinemia, hemorrhagic disease of the newborn; hemorrhage caused by surgery and deficiency of Vitamin K.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Usual dose: 5-20 mg IM/IV may be repeated in a few hours if necessary, or as prescribed by a physician.

WARNING: Parenteral drug products should be inspected visually for particulate matter and discoloration prior to administration whenever solution and container permit. -This product contains Sodium metabisulfite that may cause allergic-type of reaction including anaphylactic symptoms and life-threatening or less severe asthmatic episodes and certain susceptible persons.
