Description:

Symdex-D is a combination medicine used for the relief of symptoms associated with the common cold, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, and upper respiratory tract infections.

Uses:

• Relieves nasal congestion and stuffy nose

• Reduces sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes

• Alleviates headache, body pain, and fever

Mechanism of Action:

• Phenylpropanolamine: Shrinks blood vessels in nasal passages to relieve congestion.

• Chlorphenamine: Blocks histamine to reduce allergy symptoms.

• Paracetamol: Lowers fever and relieves pain.

Typical Adult Dose:

• 1 tablet every 6 hours, or as directed by a physician.
