INDICATION: For the treatment of musculoskeletal and joint disorders.

Paracetamol and orphenadrine are sometimes combined in medications for the treatment of musculoskeletal pain and discomfort, particularly associated with conditions like muscle spasms. Paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen, is a widely used analgesic and antipyretic medication that helps relieve pain and reduce fever by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in the brain. Orphenadrine is a muscle relaxant that works by blocking the action of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in muscle contraction. When used together, paracetamol and orphenadrine provide a combined effect of pain relief and muscle relaxation, offering relief from conditions such as back pain, strains, and sprains.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: For adults, 1 tablet twice daily or as directed by the physician. Not recommended for children under the age of 12. See package insert for complete information
