Pantoprazole Sodium H-PANTO 40 40 mg Enteric-Coated Tablet 50’s
Description
H-Panto 40 (Pantoprazole Sodium 40 mg Enteric-Coated Tablet) is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) used to reduce the amount of acid produced in the stomach.
Pantoprazole works by blocking the H⁺/K⁺ ATPase enzyme in the stomach lining — the final step of acid secretion — effectively lowering gastric acidity.
It provides relief from heartburn, acid reflux, and stomach ulcers, and promotes healing of acid-related damage in the gastrointestinal tract. The enteric coating ensures that the drug is released in the intestine, protecting it from being degraded by stomach acid.
