Metoprolol Tartrate PROMETIN-100 100mg Tablet 100’s

FORMULATION: Each Tablet Contains: Metoprolol Tartrate BP 100 mg

INDICATION: It is use in the management of hypertension angina, pectoris, cardiac arrhythmia, and myocardial infarction.

It is also use in the management if hyperthyroidism and migraine.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: For hypertension Initial dose of 100 mg daily by mouth increased weekly according to the response of the patient to 400 mg daily. It may be taken as single dose or twice daily. A usual maintenance dose is 100 to 200 mg daily, takes with or immediately following a meal.
