Description:

Mebendazole is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic that works by inhibiting the uptake of glucose and other nutrients by parasitic worms, leading to their death.
It is effective against a variety of intestinal worms including:

• Roundworms (Ascaris lumbricoides)

• Pinworms (Enterobius vermicularis)

• Whipworms (Trichuris trichiura)

• Hookworms (Ancylostoma duodenale, Necator americanus)

Indications:
