FORMULATION: Each Capsule Contains: Cloxacillin (as Sodium), USP….500 mg

INDICATIONS: It is used for the treatment of infections due to penicillinase-producing staphylococci e.g., skin and soft tissue infections; and respiratory and GUT infections.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: History of hypersensitivity to penicillin or cephalosporins. Do not treat severe pneumonia, emphysema, bacteremia, pericarditis, meningitis, and purulent or septic arthritis with oral penicillin during acute stage.

STORAGE: Store at temperature not exceeding 30°C. DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: See package insert.
