Clonidine Hydrochloride CLODIN 75mcg Tablet

FORMULATION: Each tablet contains: Clonidine (as Hydrochloride), USP 75 mcg

DOSAGE AND MODE/ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Mild to moderate hypertension: 75-150 mcg twice daily.

Or as prescribed by the physician.

INDICATION: Clonidine is used in the management of hypertension. It has also been used in the prophylactic treatment of migraine or recurrent vascular headaches and in the treatment of menopausal flushing.

PRECAUTION: Clonidine should be used with caution in patients with cerebro-vascular disease, ischaemic heart disease including myocardial infarction, renal impairment, occlusive peripheral vascular disorders such as Raynaud’s disease or those with a history of depression.
