DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION The medicine should be taken orally (by mouth). Children: 2 to 5 years………….. .5 mL (1 teaspoonful) once a day a day or 2.5 mL (1/2 teaspoonful) twice a day (every 12 hours) 6 to 12 years………10 mb (2 teaspoonsful) once a day or 5 mL (1 teaspoonful) twice a day (every 12 hours) Or, as recommended by a doctor
