DIRECTION FOR RECONSTITUTION: To make 60 mL suspension, add 44 mL of water, shake well until the contents are completely suspended. The reconstituted suspension is stable in 14 days under refrigeration (2-8°C) and 7 days at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.

INDICATION: For the treatment of infections caused by susceptible strains of Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms.

CONTRAINDICATION: Contraindicated in patients known to be sensitive to penicillin. It should be used with caution in patients with known history of allergy to Penicillin V

FORMULATION: Each 5mL (1 teaspoonful) of reconstituted suspension contains: Amoxicillin (as trihydrate),

DOSAGE AND MODE OF ADMINISTRATION: Oral Dose: 20 mg/kg/day in divided doses every 8 hours or as prescribed by the physician.

WARNING: This product contains FD & C Yellow #5. Caution is given to patients sensitive to tartrazine. adverse drug reaction.
