What Shipping Methods Are Available?

  • Within Metro Manila
    We offer fast and reliable delivery within Metro Manila. Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the time of order and product availability.

  • Provincial Areas
    For customers outside Metro Manila, we ship via trusted courier partners. Delivery times typically range from 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location.

  • Pick-Up Option
    Prefer to pick up your order? You can choose Pick-Up at checkout and collect your items from our designated pick-up location once your order is ready. We’ll notify you via text, viber or email when it’s available.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

  • Metro Manila:
    Expect delivery within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation for readily available items.

  • Provincial Areas:
    Usually takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location and courier/cargo service.

  • Pick-Up Orders:
    For pick-up, your order is typically ready within 2 to 3 business days, and we’ll notify you once it’s available.

Note: Some items are made-to-order or require additional preparation time. In these cases, please allow for extra processing time before shipping or pick-up. We’ll keep you updated on the status of your order.

How Do I Track My Order?

  • For provincial areas:
    Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via text or email. You can use this to track your parcel through the courier’s official tracking page.

  • For orders within Metro Manila:
    You may send us a message on Facebook or Viber us at 09056781096 to get real-time updates on your delivery.

  • For pick-up orders:
    We’ll notify you as soon as your item is ready for collection — no tracking needed!

     

Do I Need An Account To Place Order?
