DESCRIPTION

ORAL REHYDRATION SALTS (HYDRITE) Apple Flavor is a balanced electrolyte and glucose formulation designed to prevent and treat dehydration caused by diarrhea, vomiting, fever, excessive sweating, or heat exposure.
When dissolved in water, it helps restore fluids and essential electrolytes such as sodium and potassium, while glucose enhances intestinal absorption of salts and water. The apple flavor improves palatability, making it suitable for both children and adults.

USES / INDICATIONS

• Mild to moderate dehydration

• Acute and chronic diarrhea

• Vomiting

• Fluid loss due to fever

• Heat exhaustion

• Excessive sweating

• Supportive therapy during gastrointestinal illness

• Prevention of dehydration in children and adults

This medicine is used in the treatment of children and adult with dehydration due to diarrhea (expect those with severe dehydration). This medicine replaces fluid and electrolytes (body salts) lost due to diarrhea and/or vomiting.

DIRECTION FOR USE: Dissolve the contents of one sachet in one glass (200 mL) of clean drinking water.
