Doxycycline PIDCILLIN 100mg Capsule 100’s FORMULATION: Each capsule contains: Doxycycline (as Hydrochloride), USP 100 mg

DOSAGE AND MODE/ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Adult: 200 mg initial dose, 100 mg maintenance dose once daily depending upon the severity of infections or as prescribed by the physician.

INDICATIONS: For the treatment of the respiratory tract, skin and soft tissue infections, ear, nose and throat infections, genitourinary tract infections and other infections caused by susceptible strains of Brucella species, Listeria species and Bacteroides species.

CONTRAINDICATION: Should not be used in the latter half of pregnancy. Avoid concomitant use with penicillin. Doxycycline is contraindicated to pregnant women, infant and children (up to 12 years of age).
