DOSAGE AND MODE OF ADMINISTRATION: One to two tablets twice daily or as prescribed by the physician.

INDICATIONS: Has been used in a wide variety of infections due to susceptible organisms particularly those of the urinary, respiratory and gastrointestinal tracts. Its main uses now is in Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia, toxoplasmosis, and nocardiosis.

PRECAUTIONS: In severe allergy, bronchial asthma, impaired renal and hepatic function, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, concomitant administration of pyrimethamine, regular hematological test during long term therapy should be performed. Because of the risk of crystalluria an adequate fluid intake should be maintained.
